Malbon Brothers BBQ (2/5) on Yelp →
I was pretty excited about this place because 1, it’s right by my work and 2, it’s gas station barbecue. The finest barbecue in the land is located in a gas station in Kansas City (not an opinion, a…

I needed a good sandwich. I tried Zero’s and won’t be back. I then found this place. It’s a fairly unassuming little butcher shop but they also make sandwiches. I went right at peak lunch time and…
Home
My house started out, before we were married, as a 2 bedroom, with an office, a basement movie room in addition to the regular living room, a dance floor and a bar.
Shortly after, we were married and 2 kids were on the way, we still had the office, still had the bar, the dance floor became a storage space for old toys and we never used the basement movie room.

So your kid doesn’t say “thank you?” Or is still trick-or-treating at eighteen? Or immediately complains about the candy while still standing on my front porch?
Maybe it’s time to re-evaluate your parenting choices.
And while I congratulate you and your friends for doing the trick-or-treating…
Things like this rile me up for some reason. I’ve spent the last 6 years,...
