“I’ve been so busy today reading liberal blogs decrying the violence of the Occupy Wall Street movement. It’s really heartening to read people that wrote so much about the possible violence of the Tea Party because that one guy brought a rifle to an Obama speech. All those people who spent all of January blaming the Tea Party and conservatives for violent imagery are really taking this moment when OWS violence threatens to overtake the message to denounce the left wing violence taking place.”
Things I plan on writing later today after I check my feed reader.

Helpful hint:  The “Launch Mass Post Editor” option lets you batch delete posts.  Some of you may want to use that to scrub your tumblr of past support for OWS, since, you know, the movement is kind of terrible now.  Actually, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really terrible.
I know, I know … these are isolated incidents.  The movement has been infiltrated by a bunch of crazies, and you shouldn’t judge the whole movement by the crazies.  You’re absolutely right.  It would be incredibly unfair to judge a grassroots political movement based upon the actions of a subset of the movement.  I know the OWS movement would certainly never do that to, say, the Tea Party.  I know the OWS movement wouldn’t blame all of Wall Street for the actions of a small subset of criminal actors amongst them.  Right?
